About this yacht
The LOUNGE 40 is a large volume 399GRT 40m explorer yacht featuring a full displacement steel hull & aluminum superstructure and impressive cruising range of 4,000nm. 24 month delivery period. She has all the design features one would expect on a modern day explorer - center line infinite pool back aft with fold down balconies, flowing exterior deck spaces with multiple lounge areas & bars great for entertaining or relaxing and 6 spacious cabins sleeping up to 12 guests, commercial grade galley, extensive storage for long passages & proper laundry facilities. She is build to commercial class and is MCA compliant & sleeps up to 9 crew including a captain's cabin located on the upper deck & spacious crew lounge. The LOUNGE 40 is a bespoke new construction project to be customized at the request of the client from the finishing touches on the interior decor, to the exterior deck furniture and layouts. The LOUNGE 40 brings together two well respected Italian design firms with Fulvio de Simoni responsible for the exterior desing & Hot Lab behind the interior decor. She is a pedigree new build that can be delivered with a very attractive delivery date. FULVIO DE SIMONI Fulvio De Simoni is an Italian yacht designer renowned for his elegant and timeless design language. His studio specializes in the exterior and interior design of luxury yachts, combining aesthetics, functionality, and innovation. He has collaborated with some of the world's leading shipyards on numerous award-winning projects. "There are many first boats: the first one you worked on while learning, the first one in your own studio, and the first one you built on your own." - Fulvio de Simoni HOT LAB Hot Lab is a Milan-based yacht design studio founded in 2004. It specializes in bespoke luxury yacht interiors and exteriors, combining creativity with technical expertise. The studio is known for its elegant, functional, and timeless design approach.
