Princess V50

First launched in 1998, the latest iteration of the Princess V50 is a sleek and versatile sports yacht from British shipyard Princess Yachts’ highly regarded V Class range. Striking a balance between performance, comfort and style, she measures 6.02 metres in length with a 4.08-metre beam and 1.11-metre draught. Featuring an exterior design by naval architects Olesinski Design in collaboration with Princess Design Studio and an interior design by Pininfarina with the in-house team, the Princess V50 is available in different configurations, including a deck salon or open cockpit. Constructed using GRP, the Princess V50 features the yard’s signature deep-V hull, which delivers exceptional handling and seakeeping.

Her exterior styling showcases flowing lines complemented by full-length hull glazing that floods the interior with natural light, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout. The extended cockpit offers an exceptional outdoor entertaining space, featuring U-shaped seating, an elongated canopy for sun protection, and a seamless transition between the interior and exterior areas. Created with outdoor living in mind, the open cockpit model features a sunpad and tender garage, whereas the enclosed deck salon offers cockpit doors, albeit without a garage, but includes additional outdoor seating. The lower deck features a bright, contemporary galley, situated opposite a sociable entertaining space. The accommodation layout comprises two well-appointed ensuite staterooms for four guests. The full-beam owner’s stateroom is located amidships to maximise space and comfort, whilst the forward stateroom features additional access to the salon for day-head use. Powered by twin Volvo IPS 650 engines, the Princess V50 boasts a top speed of 31 knots, a cruising speed of 29 knots, and a fuel capacity of 1,550 litres.
