Which services does breezeYachting.swiss offer?
Four, each with its own team: Matchmaking for buyers, Sell your Yacht for owners who want to sell, Owner Consultation for independent advice, and Yacht Management for running the yacht once you own her.
What does matchmaking mean when I want to buy a yacht?
You tell us what you are looking for and how you plan to use the yacht. Our brokers search the whole market, on and off the public listings, and come back with a shortlist instead of a flood of links. We then handle viewings, negotiation, survey and closing with you.
How do I start selling my yacht?
With an evaluation. We look at the yacht, the market and comparable sales and tell you honestly what she can achieve. From there we take care of listing, marketing, viewings and offers until the deal closes.
What is owner consultation?
Independent advice before you commit: which yacht fits the way you will actually use her, what ownership really costs, how to set up crew, flag and management, and where the pitfalls are. You get a second opinion that is not tied to a specific boat.
Do you also manage yachts?
Yes. Together with our partner Yachting Concept Monaco we take care of crew, maintenance, compliance and financial oversight, for private and commercial flags, so ownership stays a pleasure rather than a second job.
Where are you based?
Our head office is in Basel, Switzerland, with offices in Monaco, Spain, Malta, the United States and the Czech Republic. Our advisors travel to wherever the yacht is.
