About this yacht
WATER BORN had a complete paint job, stabilizer and prop reconditioning, along with numerous upgrades in 2023 to include new quartz galley countertops & table, appliances, Amtico flooring, underwater lights, A/C chillers, Garmin chart plotters and LG washer/dryer. The vessel also received a new bottom job, zincs and prop speeds 2/26 and a new custom teak aft deck table in 6/26. The vessel underwent a major refit in 2020 with Eisenglass enclosure, upgraded electronics, A/V equipment, non-skid decks, complete service of main engines & running gear, etc. New Flow Marine chillers installed, new air handlers in salon, A/C water pumps in 2026, new cooling pump for ZF transmissions and all new fuel and oil filters for mains and gens. This vessel represents a unique 75' in that at the time of build, the pilothouse bulkhead was relocated aft, creating an oversized pilothouse providing for an L-shaped settee and mahogany burl table. In addition, she features a sought after four stateroom layout with the highly desirable cherry wood joinery. All cabinet doors are raised panels and features Valli & Valli hardware throughout. Additionally, she is the only 75' CMY with 200 amp service. Recent $100K Price Reduction!
