THIS FERRETTI CRAFT 70 FLYBRIDGE IS A PERFECT FAMILY YACHT! Built in 1997 and completely refitted in 2018. The accommodation areas offer a spacious double owner’s cabin with en suite bathroom, double Vip cabin and 2 guest cabins, all with en suite bathrooms. Separate crew area, 2 cabins for 3 crew members. Elegant cherry wood interiors, refined upholstery and large windows that bring brightness and natural light to the whole area, spacious salon with comfortable sofas to relax, TV, separate dining room with modern chairs and the elegant table for 8 people, very well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine. The deck offers wide rest areas and solarium in Proa and in Fly, in Stern a wide cockpit with dining table to have dinner outdoors and a wide swimming platform in the stern. Overhauls 2024 - 2025 The boat has had only two owners. It has been used as a private boat and only two years of charters have been done. Complete engine overhaul (3500 hours) in January 2025, turbos, injection pumps have been overhauled, everything has been dismantled and calibrated. Air conditioning overhauled. New desalination pump. Bilge motors overhauled. Interior electrical overhauled. New LEDs. New bow cushions. WIFI. Complete overhaul of saltwater engines. Refurbished anchor motors. New grey water tanks. Upgraded exhaust fans with automatic timer. 12 new batteries. 2 x 1150 HP MTU engines. In perfect condition.
