strategy week in palma de mallorca 2018

The whole breezeYachting team flew over to Palma de Mallorca on the 4th of August for the start of a week long strategy week. We took part in great team building workshops, came up with new ideas and strategies to implement in the business, and had the occasional trip out to the different marinas, spotting some incredible yachts, including the 140m Ocean Victory! Here are just a few pictures from our busy and very fun week!

Why did we organise it? It became clear to us that the gateway strategy meetings are an important part of running a successful business. These meetings help teams and organizations create a unified direction of focus, discuss current issues, create a plan to address the priorities and needs of those involved, and develop team dynamics in order to improve performance. Additionally, gateway strategy meetings provide an opportunity for team members to come together to share ideas, collaborate, and build consensus on the best direction for the organization to focus on. Having a regular and consistent strategy meeting not only ensures that all teams and employees are on the same page, but also helps to ensure that projects and initiatives are running more efficiently and effectively. In short, gateway strategy meetings are essential for organizing teams and companies in a more productive and efficient manner.
