Conclusion

The experience a potential buyer has when they walk onto your yacht is critical.  Don’t make the mistake of putting your convenience ahead of the buyers- make it available for viewings and always keep it in the best condition.

While it’s important to list your yacht with quality digital content (photos, videos, virtual tour, etc)  to show viewers that she is in pristine condition, it is equally important to make sure that during a visit, survey, or sea trial, the prospective buyers are satisfied with the quality and don’t feel let down or worse, lied to.

While it might be a challenge, do your best to maintain a picture-perfect yacht at all times. Significant efforts must be made if you want to put all the chances on your side.
